Delivery Information
Here at Kevela (BicycleLights247) - The Online Bicycle Light Store we strive to despatch orders within 2 working days of receipt of your order, where possible we try to despatch either the same day or the very next working day.
All small orders totaling a packaged weight of less than 3kg are sent via Royal Mail, larger and bulkier orders may be sent via a courier. We always confirm this within your order confirmation email.
Free UK Delivery Qualification
To qualify for free
UK delivery all you need to do is place an order valued £50 or more (excluding delivery). The delivery address must be within the UK mainland, this excludes Channel Islands.
How long does it take to receive my order?
The time it takes an order to reach you can vary depending on your location, most deliveries sent to UK Mainland arrive within 3 to 5 working days, however there can be occasions when this time is extended. Delivery delays can occur in times of adverse weather, industrial action or busy periods such as Christmas and Bank Holidays.
Deliveries to locations outside the UK can take longer and we would advise allowing up to 15 working days.
